Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, we will:

  • Notify the user responsible for posting the content;
  • Provide the opportunity for a counter-notification, if applicable;
  • Terminate repeat infringers, where appropriate.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access to services at any time, at our sole discretion, in accordance with applicable law.
